All About My
Music !

“I began writing songs as a teenager with too much angst and a ukulele, and since then my music has served as a diary documenting my experiences, from my first heartbreak to moving out of home. Have a read below about the integral role music has played in my life.

My music

  • Instruments : Guitar, Ukulele, RIAM Grade 2 piano
  • Styles : Folk, Jazz, Indie-alternative

The Irish Creative Collective (ICC)

” Upon moving to London in March 2023, I was invited to perform at a ‘Queer Irish Creatives networking night’ as part of the ICC.

Following that gig, I joined the Irish Creative Collective, and regularly perform with them. Many of my newer songs deal with themes of leaving home and my relationship to where I was raised, and it’s wonderful for that work to find a home as a part of the Diaspora in London. “

My musical upbringing

” I was fortunate enough to be raised by an amazing musician, Amy O’Hara, and grew up singing and playing with her. In 2021 she released her debut album, ‘A Blue I can’t Describe’, a collection of songs I have grown up listening to. I even had the privilege of singing backing vocals on a track. My mum is undoubtably my biggest musical influence and singing with her will forever be one of my greatest pleasures in life (but don’t tell her that!). “
